Accra High Court Fines Nana Agradaa, Orders GH¢50,000 Compensation to Osofo Biblical Over Nude Photo Broadcast

Evangelist Patricia Asiamah, well known as Nana Agradaa, has been ordered by an Accra High Court to pay fines and compensation after admitting guilt in a case brought by fellow preacher Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Enim, popularly called Osofo Biblical.

The case centered on the airing of Osofo Biblical’s nude photos on Thunder TV, a channel previously owned by Agradaa. In a video posted on X on December 16, 2025, Osofo Biblical confirmed that Agradaa appeared in court earlier that day and pleaded guilty to all five charges connected to the broadcast.

“The five counts levelled against her were about my nude photos that she showed on TV. She pleaded guilty to all the charges. After the final ruling, I have forgiven her. I am happy with the ruling because it will clear my name so that my children will not be associated with the videos Agradaa shared,” he said.

Following her admission, the court imposed a fine of GH¢12,000 and ordered her to pay GH¢50,000 in compensation for broadcasting the images.

Osofo Biblical explained that he had initially considered settling the matter privately but felt compelled to take legal action due to Agradaa’s past conduct. He recalled a previous incident where she allegedly sent men to attack him and vandalize his vehicle, an episode he had forgiven at the time.

“I could have settled this matter at home, but because of what transpired some years ago, I asked the court to handle it. You remember that some years ago, she sent her boys to beat me up and even damaged my car. After that, she pleaded with me to forgive her, which I did. But later, she went on social media to claim that I sold the issue to her for GH¢3 billion. That is why I decided to bring this case to court,” he added.

The feud between the two clerics began in 2021, escalating from social media arguments into a public confrontation. Matters worsened when Agradaa allegedly broadcast Osofo Biblical’s nude photos on Thunder TV.

Agradaa was arrested in 2022 and charged under Section 67(1) of the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), which criminalizes the non-consensual sharing of intimate images. The case intensified in July 2024 when additional charges were filed concerning the possession and distribution of indecent material. Reports at the time indicated the images were aired during a live broadcast and allegedly used to promote a bitters product. Agradaa was later released on bail, set at GH¢200,000 with two justified sureties.
