Sarkodie had no idea that self-proclaimed doomsday prophet Ebo Noah would appear at his 2025 Rapperholic concert, according to the rapper’s official DJ, DJ Mensah.
The unexpected moment became one of the most talked-about highlights of the December in GH celebrations when Ebo Noah stepped onto the Rapperholic stage. Prior to the event, Noah had predicted a catastrophic flood on the same day and even announced plans to distribute arks to those preparing for the deluge.
Following Noah’s appearance on December 25, 2025, many fans and critics questioned why Sarkodie would allow the controversial figure a platform at such a high-profile event.
Speaking to Kwame Dadzie on Joy FM’s Showbiz A-Z, DJ Mensah explained that the rapper was completely unaware of Noah’s plans.
“Sarkodie was not even aware he was coming,” DJ Mensah told the host.
“Sometimes we have to surprise Sarkodie, it’s the event organizers,” he added.
The drama continued after Ebo Noah was arrested, prompting Sarkodie to weigh in publicly. The rapper expressed skepticism about the reason for the arrest, emphasizing that Noah’s actions were more about content creation than criminal activity.
On January 2, 2026, Sarkodie shared a video on Instagram showing Ebo Noah in handcuffs being escorted into a police vehicle. He captioned it: “Don’t know exactly what my boy’s crime is, but from day one I knew he was making content, unless he’s been charged with something else.”
Ebo Noah gained widespread attention in late 2025 after forecasting a three-year global flood that he claimed would start on December 25, 2025. He posted multiple videos online showing himself constructing wooden arks across the country.
