After days of swirling speculation online, Kofi Owusu Aduonum has stepped forward to clarify where things stand between him and his wife, Afua Asantewaa.
The conversation gained momentum when Afua publicly disclosed that their marriage had come to an end, revealing in multiple TikTok appearances that talks about separating had started even before her first singathon attempt.
Now, a new turn has emerged. Speaking on United Showbiz in a segment shared on X on April 12, 2026, Kofi Aduonum indicated that the situation has shifted since those earlier revelations.
According to him, both sides have had the chance to sit down, confront the issues directly, and move past the tension. He said they are no longer at odds and have reached a place of understanding.
“I can state with authority that everything has been resolved. We have met in person, so there are no issues between us. All we are asking from Ghanaians is prayers,” he said.
