Nana Agradaa Orders Junior Pastors to Marry or Face Demotion, Sets Year-End Deadline

Evangelist Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, well-known as Nana Agradaa, has taken a firm stance against what she describes as sexual misconduct among unmarried junior pastors in her church, issuing a deadline for them to change their ways or face consequences.

In a video circulating on social media and sighted on June 3, 2026, she addressed her clergy members directly, warning those who are not married to desist from sexual relationships outside wedlock while serving under her ministry.

She made it clear that the church will not continue to accommodate pastors who fail to meet her expectations, setting the end of the year as the cutoff point for compliance.

“I am giving you until the end of the year. If you are a pastor and you have not gotten married, I will demote you. You have the remaining six months to settle down, or you risk losing your position as a pastor. You cannot tell me you are not married but still want to engage in sexual activities,” she said.

According to her, junior pastors should model their conduct after her husband, Angel Asiamah, whom she referenced as an example of discipline and responsibility within marriage.

She questioned the behaviour of unmarried clergy members remaining in active ministry while engaging in what she called immoral acts, urging them to take responsibility for their personal lives.

“How can a full-grown pastor be in this church without a wife and still be engaging in immoral behaviour? Be a responsible man. Look at your father and be like him.

“Get married so your wife can prepare good meals for you. Look at how good Angel Prophet looks because I have been taking good care of him with good meals,” Nana Agradaa further stated.
