The murdered Immigration Officer, AICO1 Michael Otoo has been promoted posthumously to the rank of Immigration Control Officer (ICO).
The late AICO1 Michael Otoo was killed by unidentified persons whiles on duty at Hamile.
He left behind a 2-year-old child and a wife.
Crime scene experts of the Ghana Police Service, Defence Intelliegence Operatives and other security personnel have been deployed to the Upper West Region to investigate the circumstances under which AICO Michael Otoo was shot dead.
