NOSA 1983 Year Group Hands Over Constructed Entrance

The 1983 graduating class of Nifa Senior High School in Adukrom Akuapem has presented a newly constructed entrance to the school administration as part of their 40th-anniversary celebration since graduating from the institution.

 The handing over ceremony marked a significant milestone for the group, as they showcased their dedication and commitment to their alma mater.

Hector Nyinaku, the President of the NOSA 1983-year group, addressed the audience during the handing over ceremony.

 “We chose to enhance the entrance of the school so that anybody who passes in front of the school will know there is serious work  happening in the school. Again we decided to enhance the entrance to serve as a catalyst for the redevelopment of our school. We know as 83 has done this  other year groups will come board with other projects towards the redevelopment of our school.”

 The headmaster of the school, Dr. Philip Victor Akoto commended the 1983-year group for giving a facelift to the school. He urged other year groups to emulate the shining examples exhibited by the 1983-year group.

NOSA National President, Becky Biney on her part called for unity among the various year groups that she believes will help them spearhead the needed development into their alma mater.

Other personalities who graced the occasion include; Chief of Adukrom, Osuodumgya Otutu Ababio V, the District Chief Executive for Okere, Daniel Kenneth, the Chief of Apirede Akuapem who is also the board Chairman of the Governing Council of the school , Nana Saforo Okoampah III and the Chairman of the Parent Association of the school, Justice Hommound.

 In another development, as a way to commemorate their 30th anniversary since graduating from school, the members of NOSA 1993 generously donated ten cooking stoves to the Home Economics Department of their alma mater.
