Kofikrom Pharmacy Wins Integrity-Driven Pharmaceutical Distribution Company Of The Year
Kofikrom Pharmacy Limited wins the “Integrity-Driven Pharmaceutical Distribution Company of the Year” 2023 at the just ended “The Ghana Business Integrity Awards (GBIAs)” held at the La Palm Royal Beach.
The Ghana Business Integrity Awards is an annual event that recognizes and celebrates companies that have demonstrated exceptional integrity in their business practices. This year’s event, organized by the Brand Focus Africa Magazine (Strategic Business Issue), The Governance and Business Boardroom and RAD Communications aimed at promoting integrity and best practices in Ghana and recognizing the contributions of companies and leaders who are making a positive impact on society and the economy.
The award for Kofikrom Pharmacy Limited was received by Mrs. Priscilla Dede Tugbedzo, the Executive Secretary who led the delegation to the event.
Commenting on the award, Mrs. Tugbedzo said, “Over the years, Kofikrom Pharmacy Limited has through the tirelessness of its staff, demonstrated that it is all about the clients. The philosophy of the company is to ensure that others are better so that it can be better. This resonates from the natural philosophy that all forms of nature exist not for themselves but for others. Example, air, fire, water and earth exist for the sustenance of others. We do our business by supporting activities that resonates with our brand and the appeal of clients.”
Mrs. Tugbezo continued by saying that, “This award is significant because it recognizes the unwavering commitments to creating a workplace that values and support employees. We have implemented various initiatives through the spirit of collaboration to enhance quality distribution of our products and have invested in training and development opportunities, empowering our employees to grow personally and professionally.”
“We could not have achieved this laurel without our exceptional hardworking staff at Kofikrom Pharmacy. We will not relent on our oars but will still strive for the best,” she finalized her statement.
Ms. Hannah Owusu-Boateng, the sales and marketing executive at Kofikrom Pharmacy Limited was part of the delegation.
