NOSA 98 Hands Over Refurbished Dining Hall

The 1998 year group of Nifa Senior High School at Adukrom Akuapem in the Eastern Region has handed over a refurbished Dining Hall to the authorities of the school.
NOSA 98 also handed over 40 Dining Tables, 80 Benches, 100 pieces of breakfast jars and 20 Dining bowls.
President of NOSA 98, Mrs Cindy Obeng-Kwakye in an interview said, “Last year, that is 2023 was our 25years out of school so we decided to give back to the school. In consultation with the school we settled on the renovation of the Dining Hall.”

Mrs. Obeng-Kwakye noted that,”In fact, myself and the executives are so proud of our colleagues. In the history of the Association this is a huge project and financially it was draining for members but God has been so good they came through and the project has been successful, for that I’m grateful.”

She appealed, “The school needs a lot of infrastructure and gladly other year groups are coming to assist. Recently the 83 year group built a beautiful entrance for the school and I will encourage other year groups to prioritise giving back to the school.”

The Headmistress of Nifa S.H.S., Mrs. Cornelia Kpelle commended NOSA 98 for giving back to their alma mater.
“On behalf of the Board of Governors of the school, I want to commend NOSA 98 for what they have given back to their alma mater.”
Former Headmaster of the school, Dr.  Philip Victor Akoto who also graced the programme  on his part noted that old students have a critical role to play in the life of every school and praised NOSA 98 for the shining example .
