Following a long swirl of rumors and public intrigue, Ghanaian rapper Medikal has finally put the speculation to rest by confirming his romantic relationship with singer Eazzy.
In an interview on Hitz FM and, the artiste, born Samuel Adu Frimpong, opened up about his bond with Eazzy, calling her the woman he’s been hoping to find.
“Eazzy is my woman. That is my babe. She is my rib. I am not joking. Of course, I would marry her and it is anytime soon,” Medikal said, affirming not just the relationship but also his intention to marry her soon.
He also made it clear that this relationship stands apart from his past ones, especially when it comes to public collaborations. Asked whether the pair would work together on music projects, like he had done with his former spouse, Medikal offered a firm distinction.
“It won’t be like that… We have a project and stuff, but it won’t be like the others. This is how we feel about each other, and it is not about the space. I have had relationships with people who are not in the media space,” he said.
Speaking on how their romance began, Medikal explained that while both are public figures, their relationship started away from the spotlight.
“We being in the same space becomes big news, though. But it’s not like I go in for people I am in the same field with. We met on Instagram. I proposed to her and she accepted,” the ‘Omo Ada’ rapper further stated.
