“I Don’t Fear Anybody in Ghana” – Shatta Wale Defies EOCO After Lamborghini Seizure

Shatta Wale has reignited his criticism of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) following his recent detention and the seizure of his Lamborghini, insisting he will not be intimidated by the controversy.

Just days after his release, the dancehall artiste used his performance at the Osu Homowo Festival on August 26, 2025, to send a bold message. Midway through his set, he paused to declare that he fears no one in the country.

“Masa, I don’t fear anybody in Ghana. Everybody’s mother! As I am standing here, I have boys who I live with in Osu and Labadi. I do music, and I do it the hard way,” he told fans at the Osu Hydout Pub while performing his hit track Rising Youth.

The musician defended his success, stressing that both of his Lamborghinis were bought exclusively from the proceeds of his music career. He further warned that if provoked, he would not hesitate to purchase yet another luxury car.

“They don’t want Ghanaian artistes to showcase what we have, but if they try me, I will buy another Lamborghini in the next two months,” Shatta Wale added.

His comments come after undergoing what he described as a spiritual cleansing following his release from EOCO custody.
