Ghanaian artiste, Fameye, has expressed his frustration over what he calls an unexpected silence from Shatta Wale, saying their once-friendly connection has suddenly gone cold.
Posting on X, the 2025 TGMA “Highlife Artiste of the Year” turned to rapper Medikal, a close ally of Shatta Wale, pleading for his help to bridge the gap.
“My brother Medikal you for carry me go meet Shatta Wale for house cos he’s gone completely mute on me for months we use to be super cool he no go fit vex me like that?” Fameye wrote.
According to him, he had even tried commenting under Shatta Wale’s posts to grab his attention, only to be attacked by Wale’s loyal fan base.
“Wey ien fans no Dey gimme peace anytime I comment under his post !!! Come to think of it I have not met Wale in Person before,” he said.
Though neither artiste has disclosed any falling-out, fans online have been speculating that the distance might be due to Fameye’s perceived connection with Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale’s longtime musical rival.
