Piesie Esther has opened up about why her marriage has endured for more than fifteen years, crediting both faith and teamwork for the stability she enjoys at home.
Speaking on Akoma FM in Kumasi, the famous Ghanaian gospel singer indicated that her calm and steady relationship did not happen by accident but through deliberate effort between her and her husband.
She stressed that the strength of their union does not rest on her abilities alone but on divine support and shared commitment.
“It is just by the grace of God, and it is not something that I, Piesie, can do on my own. Also, we built the marriage on a rock, so it is on a solid foundation. We have been together for over 15 years,” she said.
Her statement comes after the recent intensified conversations about marriage online after a landlord, named John Odartey Lamptey, was captured assaulting his wife, prompting wider debate about the hidden struggles within some homes.
