Akosua Serwaa Frequently Visited Late Daddy Lumba in Ghana, They Were Never Divorced – Papa Shee Reveals

Akosua Serwaa and Daddy Lumba

Papa Shee, a close friend of the late highlife legend Daddy Lumba, has spoken out about the treatment of Akosua Serwaa, the legally recognized wife of the late musician. At a press conference organized by Team Legal Wives on Tuesday, he highlighted ongoing harassment and misinformation surrounding her.

He revealed that Akosua Serwaa has been visiting her late husband, but her identity and marital status have been misrepresented in the media. Contrary to circulating claims, she and Daddy Lumba were never divorced. The couple lived in Tantra before facing pressures from those seeking to interfere in their marriage. Her visits to Ghana have not been without incident; during a 2021 trip, she was robbed and warned against returning.

Papa Shee emphasized that Akosua Serwaa has never defamed her late husband and has maintained her integrity and discretion. He urged Ghana’s government, the President, the Chief Justice, and the judicial system to ensure justice is served, noting that the situation has drawn international attention.

In a move to rally support, Papa Shee announced plans to organize a three-day prayer crusade in solidarity with Akosua Serwaa. The event is scheduled to take place in Accra from Thursday, February 19, to Saturday, February 21, within the Kwame Nkrumah Circle area, where followers and sympathizers of Team Legal Wives are expected to gather.

The crusade aims to bring believers and well-wishers together to intercede on behalf of Akosua Serwaa, focusing on her welfare and the outcome of the ongoing legal dispute. Papa Shee said participants will engage in collective prayers seeking divine favor, protection, and deliverance from individuals perceived as working against her.
