‘Hold On to Her So She Doesn’t Slip Away’ – Osebo Advises Bishop Obinim

Osebo the Zaraman

Ghanaian fashion entrepreneur Richard Brown, otherwise known as Osebo the Zaraman, has publicly defended his relationship with gospel musician Florence Obinim, dismissing speculation that there is anything inappropriate between them and urging her husband, Bishop Daniel Obinim, not to view their friendship with suspicion.

Speaking in a TikTok video, Osebo addressed growing rumours surrounding his interactions with Florence Obinim, making it clear that he has never entertained any romantic intentions toward the preacher’s wife.

According to him, both his upbringing and the values instilled in him by his mentor, the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, prevent him from pursuing a married woman under any circumstances.

“When your wife visits me, don’t be scared about it because it is a curse for me to sleep with a married woman. My mentor, Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, did not train me to behave in such a manner. It will never happen,” Osebo said.

The fashion icon maintained that the allegations being circulated have no basis and are completely at odds with the principles by which he lives.

Beyond denying the claims, Osebo used the opportunity to encourage Bishop Obinim to cherish and appreciate his wife. He described Florence as a devoted partner whose loyalty has remained evident despite the public scrutiny and controversies that have surrounded their marriage over the years.

He praised her unwavering support for her husband, arguing that such commitment is uncommon and deserves recognition rather than suspicion.

“It is hard to find a wife who supports her husband even after infidelity claims. This is a wise lady. She will support and defend her husband in public. That is your wife for you,” Osebo noted.

Osebo further warned that losing a spouse with Florence’s qualities could have lasting consequences, stressing the importance of preserving peace within the marriage and resolving any misunderstandings before they escalate.

“Hold on to her so she doesn’t slip away. The day your wife leaves you, you will struggle to find a true and better replacement. You would mourn, but it will be too late. Whatever has happened between you and your wife, make sure to make peace because your wife is a wise woman,” he advised

His remarks follow comments reportedly made by Bishop Obinim, who recently voiced discomfort over Florence Obinim’s association with Osebo.

The founder of the International Godsway Church is said to have linked his concerns to an earlier accusation by Osebo, who had alleged that the preacher was involved in a relationship with his former wife. According to Obinim, that past episode has contributed to his current unease.

The preacher also pointed to a viral TikTok video in which Osebo and Florence Obinim were seen dancing together, arguing that the interaction crossed a line.

He further disclosed that he had instructed his wife to limit her association with the celebrity stylist and refrain from featuring him in her social media videos.
