“Giving Is a Calling”: Osebo Recalls Sacrificing His BMWs for Apostle Safo Kantanka

Fashion personality Osebo the Zaraman says he gave two of his personal BMW cars to the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, a decision that left him commuting by taxi despite not having bought a car for his own parents at the time.

Speaking on Hitz FM on July 13, 2026, Osebo said generosity has always been a defining part of his life. He explained that giving to Apostle Kantanka was his way of showing appreciation to someone whose prayers and guidance he believes played a significant role in his success.

“Those who know me, know me. Giving, for me, is a calling,” he said.

Osebo recounted that after returning to Ghana from Germany, he owned a BMW 316, which he had nicknamed “Affordable.” Rather than keeping it for personal use, he drove it to Apostle Kantanka and handed it over.

“I took it to Kantanka and gave it to him, not for him to use it for himself but to give to his security on their patrols.

“I hadn’t even bought my parents a car. I was using a taxi from home to work during that period,” he said.

Three years later, he said he bought another vehicle, a BMW 320i, and decided to give that one to Apostle Kantanka as well.

According to Osebo, the late leader was surprised by the gesture.

He recalled the leader asking, “You’ve already brought a first one, you are bringing a second one, what will you use?”

Osebo said he replied that everything he had achieved in life was possible because of Apostle Kantanka’s prayers and support.

The response prompted a prophecy from the late spiritual leader.

Kantanka responded with a prophecy: “Because of what you have done, there will come a time when you won’t even find space to park your cars.”

Osebo said those words have since come to pass, revealing that he now owns eight cars.
