President Mills Was Not Put In The Trunk Of A Pick-UP- Koku Anyidoho

Former Presidential Press Aide to the late President John Evans Atta Mills, Koku Anyidodo has debunked rumours that the late President was put in a trunk of a pick-up before he was sent to the 37 Military Hospital.

According to Koku Anyidoho disclosed that the late President John Evans Atta Mills was put in a an ambulance before he was sent to the 37 Military on 24th July, 2012.

Koku Anyidoho also debunked rumours in a section of the media that the late President Mills was sent to the Maternity Department of the 37th Military Hospital.

“ It is not true that President Mills was put in a trunk of a pick-up before he was sent to the 37 Military Hospital, he was sent in an ambulance. He was sent to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) and not the Maternity Unit as it is been alleged for sometime.”

Former President Jerry John Rawlings laid a wreath on the tomb of the late President Mills at the Asomdwee Park in Accra.
