President Akufo-Addo has appointed an MP for Adansi Asokwa, K.T. Hammond as Minister designate for Trade and Industry with MP for Nhyiaeso Dr. Stephen Amoah as his deputy.
The Member of Parliament for Abetifi in the Eastern Region Bryan Acheampong has been appointed as Minister of Food and Agriculture.
Stephen Asamoah Boateng has also been appointed as Minister of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs subject to vetting and approval by Parliament.
Mohammed Amin Adam gets elevated as Minister of State at the Finance Ministry. O.B. Amoah, a Deputy Local Government Minister now becomes a Minister of State at the same Ministry.
Herbert Krapa, A Deputy Trade Minister becomes Deputy Energy Minister.
