Koku Anyidoho Fumes Over Poll Projecting A Win For Mahama In 2024 Elections
Koku Anyidoho, a former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has expressed disagreement with a recent Global Info Analytics poll.
According to the survey, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), would receive only 23% of the vote in the Greater Accra Region, whereas former president John Dramani Mahama was expected to receive nearly 70% of the vote.
Anyidoho called the poll bogus in a string of X posts and advised the NDC to be cautious when relying on such false statistical information.
He posted video of Global Info Analytics Executive Director Mussa Dankwah discussing the survey on Citi TV.
Anyidoho mentioned something he had read called “How To Lie With Statistics” while attending the University of East Anglia (UEA).
He claimed that Dankwah had been enlisted by unnamed “evil forces” in the NDC to skew statistics to support his agenda.
“This guy is really making me angry (I don’t get angry easily). Who is he to be lying to the NDC with these nonsensical statistics? Who is paying him for this thrash? Gee!!!” Anyidoho tweeted.
In another tweet, Anyidoho called for scrutiny of Dankwah’s statistical background, “Pls, can anyone check the Statistical background of this guy who is grossly misleading the NDC and JM? Is it possible that he is a Trojan Horse? Pls, let the NDC disregard this fraudulent analysis and go and work hard.”
