Coach Ernest Okyere has been appointed as the Assistant Coach of Kpando Heart of Lions.
He will be assisting Bashir Hayford.Before joining the team, he gained experience with several clubs, including Kwaebibirem United FC, Teshie Football Academy, Ayola FC (a female team), Mampong United, Bibiani Gold Stars, and Danbort FC. Additionally, he worked with Verum Ipsum Academy, Star Markers FM, Still Believe FC, and Kotoku Royals FC.
During his playing career, Coach Okyere played for various clubs such as Zaytune FC, Power FC, Accra Great Olympics, Accra Hearts of Oak, and Bechem United.
He also had stints with Wassaman United, Prestige FC, Kwaebibirem United FC, Tarkwa United, and Medeama Sporting Club.
