Sefa has officially announced her departure from D-Black’s Black Avenue Muzik.
In an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM, the ‘Echoke’ singer revealed that she is no longer part of the record label owned by D-Black.
She explained that her contract had expired, and they were unable to reach an agreement for an extension.
Sefa also mentioned that a few misunderstandings played a role in her decision to move on, adding that at some point, she felt betrayed.
Despite this, the Ghanaian songstress emphasized that she still considers Black Avenue Muzik as family.
However, Sefa clarified that she has no intention of working with the label again, though she remains open to offering help if they ever reach out.
Looking ahead, she expressed openness to signing with another label, provided the terms are favorable.
For now, Sefa is focusing on her career as an independent artist and is currently promoting her new song, ‘All Over,’ featuring Camidoh.
