Real men take care of their partners – Kwabena Kwabena asserts

Ghanaian Highlife artiste, George Kwabena Adu, popularly known as Kwabena Kwabena, has shared his thoughts on what defines a true man.

Speaking on Joy Prime’s Changes show with Roselyn Felli, the ‘Tokro’ hitmaker emphasized that genuine masculinity is rooted in responsibility and ensuring the well-being of one’s partner.

“The process by which a woman was created shows that a woman must be comfortable, and every man knows that. Men who don’t understand this are the ones tarnishing our image. Every man should know it’s his duty to be responsible for his woman. If you don’t understand this fundamental concept, then you’re not a man,” he stated.

Kwabena Kwabena also challenged the notion of a male-dominated society, asserting that the world lacks meaning without women. He urged men to show greater respect and care toward women while advocating for mutual understanding between genders.

“Women should also be more empathetic towards men, as many are silently enduring struggles,” he advised.

The renowned musician argued that dominance does not equate to true masculinity. Instead, it is a man’s ability to face and conquer life’s challenges with resilience that defines his character.

“I want to remain a man always. So, I see challenges as opportunities for me to fight and grow. As a man, I need to confront my battles head-on—that’s what makes me a man,” he concluded.
