Oheneni Adazoa Shares How She’s Helping Women to Get Pregnant

Oheneni Adazoa

Ghanaian radio personality Oheneni Adazoa has turned her personal experience with infertility into a powerful platform of hope for others. After openly sharing in a past interview that she had been married for 21 years without a child, the Sompa FM presenter has since become a guiding force for women across Ghana struggling to conceive.

In a recent interview with ZionFelix, Oheneni revealed that more than 50 women have gotten pregnant through the network she helped establish, two of whom have already welcomed babies.

The idea for the initiative, she explained, emerged unexpectedly following her candid interview with Delay. Her emotional strength during the conversation struck a chord with viewers, especially other women facing similar challenges.

Based on her composure in the interview, Oheneni recalled, Delay later contacted her. Stating that many women who intend to get pregnant have contacted her, looking for encouragement and comforting words, so she [Delay] suggested she should create a platform for them.

Oheneni took the suggestion to heart and launched what has now grown into a thriving support community. Beyond offering comfort and personal guidance, she said the platform has attracted medical professionals and doctors who voluntarily join to offer fertility advice and health tips to members.

Alongside professional input, Oheneni, the host of Sompa Nkomo, uses the space to share practical wisdom and spiritual encouragement, and she offered a reminder in the interview about actions women should avoid when trying to conceive.
