Sammy Flex, Public Relations Officer for Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, has fired back at DJ Slim over comments that seemed to belittle the SM boss.
The dispute began when DJ Slim posted on X, criticizing Shatta Wale’s frequent claims that Stonebwoy makes little or no money from international performances. Slim argued that, unlike Shatta, Stonebwoy has remained consistent by securing spots on major global stages, while Shatta Wale continues to perform in what he referred to as “the bushes.”
Responding in a video on his YouTube channel, Sammy Flex said he was disappointed that such remarks came from someone like DJ Slim, who has worked in the entertainment industry for years. He described Slim’s comments as uninformed and lacking real understanding of the business.
Sammy Flex further called Slim’s opinion shallow and without depth. He questioned the intent behind the mockery, insisting that most of Slim’s posts were nothing more than falsehoods and meaningless statements rather than helpful commentary.
