Patapaa has ruled out marriage from his future, declaring that he is happier without a wife following the breakdown of his union with German-based Liha Miller.
Speaking with Nana Romeo on Okay FM, the “One Corner” hitmaker said tying the knot should never be seen as compulsory and urged young people to think carefully before rushing into it.
“I don’t think there is a marriage in heaven, therefore I will not marry again. We shouldn’t make marriage compulsory because there is a spirit in marriage. When people are not married, the couples look happy, but right after the wedding, arguments and anger come in,” he said.
He further dismissed any possibility of reuniting with his former spouse, questioning her commitment to the marriage.
“My wedding was for hype. So from the onset, I knew that it was not going to stay for long,” Patapaa added, hinting that Liha was more interested in fame than love.
