Akrobeto Responds to Nana Agradaa’s 15-Year Sentence

Akrobeto and Nana Agradaa

Ghanaian actor and television host Akwasi Boadi, popularly known as Akrobeto, has addressed both the conviction of Nana Agradaa and the rumours about their alleged relationship.

In an interview with GhanaWeekend, Akrobeto spoke after Agradaa, the former fetish priestess, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for fraud and money-doubling schemes. He emphasized that the matter was beyond his influence.

“As for her 15-year jail sentence, whatever I say won’t change the situation. It is between her and the government. If she’s released, fine. If not, she’s not the only person who has been jailed before; it’s normal,” he stated.

Akrobeto also addressed claims that he had been married to Agradaa, describing the rumours as nothing more than a publicity stunt.

“I never had anything to do with Agradaa; she has never been my wife. Anything you saw was just publicity for a movie,” he said, putting the long-standing speculation to rest.
