Former North Tongu District Chief Executive (DCE) Osborn K. Divine Fenu has died following a tragic road accident.
Family sources confirmed that the accident occurred near the Central University College area on Sunday, October 26, when Mr. Fenu was travelling from his hometown to Accra.
He was reportedly rushed to the Tema General Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead shortly after arrival.
Mr. Fenu, who was appointed in October 2021, served as the DCE for North Tongu until the New Patriotic Party (NPP) exited office earlier this year.
The news of his passing has left residents of North Tongu and colleagues across the political spectrum in shock.
