Camidoh has opened up about the strong support he continues to receive from Stonebwoy, crediting the BHIM Nation leader for playing a quiet but steady role in sustaining his music journey.
Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM, shared on X on April 7, 2026, the singer said Stonebwoy has repeatedly stepped in with performance opportunities that have helped him stay financially stable at key moments in his career.
He explained that the award-winning artiste often prioritises him when he is unavailable for shows, ensuring Camidoh gets the booking without taking any share of the earnings.
“There have been times when he would call, or have his manager call, to say there’s a gig happening, and he won’t be able to perform. He’ll tell them to give it to me instead, and he doesn’t expect anything in return,” he said.
Camidoh also stressed that the support goes beyond casual industry friendship, describing it as a deep bond rooted in loyalty and mutual respect.
“I would call on Stonebwoy, knowing that even in my absence, he has shown me love, not just by words, but through actions.
“I mean, even if ten people tell me Stonebwoy doesn’t like me, I wouldn’t believe it because this person has fed me before. I will always respect that.
“I take advice from him. I call him a brother, like a big brother, rather than just a friend, because our relationship is reserved. I reach out when I truly need guidance,” the ‘Sugarcane’ singer stated.
