“God Willing, Yes, I Will Receive It” – Shatta Wale Defends Ownership of Lamborghini Seized by EOCO

Shatta Wale has renewed his defense over the disputed Lamborghini Urus, maintaining that the flashy ride seized by authorities was purchased legitimately and belongs to him.

Posting on X on August 17, 2025, the dancehall star emphasized that he has every document required to prove his ownership, pushing back against speculation that the car was stolen.

“God willing, yes, I will receive it. Cuz I have every document proving it’s mine, forget rumours. For your info, it’s not stolen, please, thank you,” he wrote.

His statement comes months after the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) confiscated the 2019 Lamborghini in June 2025, alleging it was linked to a U.S.-based fraud case.

Investigators tied the car to Nana Kwabena Amuah, a Ghanaian American convicted of running large-scale romance scams and email fraud schemes. EOCO claimed the luxury vehicle was purchased with money from those illicit activities.

But Shatta Wale has flatly denied any wrongdoing, insisting he bought the vehicle for $150,000 as a third-party buyer and has never had any dealings, personal or business, with Amuah.

Check out his response to a query made on X below.
