Rev. Mrs. Mavis Frimpong Receives Nomination For Traditional Song Of The Year

Rev Mrs Mavis Frimpong has received a nomination in the Traditional Song of the year category at this year’s Gospel Music Awards.

Rev. Mrs. Mavis Frimpong’s single track “Onyame Ye Kess” which was released this year, earned her the nomination. The track was mixed and mastered by Vinny Kay at the Braindrain Recording Studio at Mataheko in Accra.

Rev Mrs Frimpong’s nomination coincides with her 10th anniversary in the Gospel Singing Ministry. She has three albums to her credit since she joined the Gospel Singing Ministry in 2010 with her first album “Hyeden.”

Other Artistes in the Traditional Song of the year category included; Gyamfi, Nacee, Lawyer Antwi Agyei and Nti Anane.
