Asempa Fm’s Fire Lady Honored At GOWA Awards ‘22

 

Executive Producer of Ghana’s biggest morning sports show on Asempa FM, Ultimate Sports Show, Mavis Avornyo has been honored at the 5th edition of the Ghana Outstanding Women Awards (GOWA) which took place at Tang Palace Hotel in Accra.

The award was given in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the growth of the sports industry.

The dynamic and versatile sports anchor and producer was honored for her contribution towards humanity and her enormous impact in Ghana and beyond.

The radio personality praised the organisers for honoring her and believes her inclusion in this year’s GOWA is a result of her hard work.

She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to God, the entire staff of Multi Media and all of her fans for their unwavering support .

Fire Lady, as she is popularly known, is also the hostess of Ladies Time on Asempa FM.

Great personalities like Ambassador Ray Quarcoo, Charles Osei Asibey,   actor Peter Richie, Maame Donkono, Oheneyere Gifty Anti, Akumaa Mama Zimbi, among others graced the occasion.

GOWA seeks to recognize women in Ghana who are contributing their quota immensely to the development of Ghana and giving back to society.
