Atebubu: Matron And Four Others To Face Court Today
The Matron of the Atebubu Senior High School in the Bono East Region, Firdaus Seidu and four others will face the court today for their alleged involvement in stealing food items.
Last week the suspects were arrested for their alleged involvement in the theft case. Okine Kwaku and Bawa Awudu Moro, a driver, and laborer were part of the people who were arrested.
A total of 24 bags of beans, 40 bags of 50kg of rice, oil and tin tomatoes were retrieved from the house of one of the suspects.
The Municipal Chief Executive for Atebubu-Amantin, Edward Owusu noted that the arrest follows a tip-off they had.
