Information available to First News, is that the Municipal Chief Executive for Krachi East in the Oti Region Bernard Mensah Aborkugya is dead.
The late MCE was at a program at the Dambai College Of Education and fell ill and was rushed to Worawora Government Hospital where he passed on .
Bernard Mensah Aborkugya was sworn into office on May 2, 2023. He took over from Franis Kofi Okesu who also died.
The Dambai township has been thrown into a state of mourning following the sad incident.
