A Plus discloses the advice he got from Shatta Wale before the 2024 elections

Ghanaian political and social activist Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus, who now serves as the Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, has shared one of the key strategies that helped him win the seat.

In a video, A Plus revealed that he sought advice from musician Shatta Wale ahead of the 2024 elections.

A Plus explained that after listening to various opinions, he approached Shatta Wale to learn about his ability to draw large crowds.

According to the Gomoa Central MP, the leader of the Shatta Movement advised him to study the story of Jesus Christ.

He recounted that the “Freedom” hitmaker emphasized how Jesus Christ focused on actions rather than excessive talking—solving people’s problems by feeding them and addressing their needs.

A Plus noted that this advice taught him that “talking plenty” would not be effective. He recalled Shatta Wale stressing that people would follow him if he focused on solving their problems and pursuing developmental projects.
