Ghanaian social media users are stunned by the news of Counselor Charlotte Oduro and her husband, Apostle Solomon Oduro, officially ending their marriage.
In a statement released on Monday, February 10, 2025, Apostle Oduro announced their divorce, stating that the decision came after “much prayer, discussion, and careful consideration.”
The statement further revealed that the couple had been separated for the past three years and formally dissolved their marriage through traditional means in late 2024. Despite multiple attempts at reconciliation, irreconcilable differences ultimately led to their separation.
Apostle Oduro also clarified that the announcement was made to curb misinformation and speculation, urging the public to respect their privacy during this transition.
Following the revelation, many social media users in Ghana expressed shock, questioning how a marriage counselor’s own relationship could collapse. Some skeptics even suggested that certain marriage counselors do not practice what they preach.
