I have had no involvement or dealings in Okomfour Kwadee’s health or any related matters – Ghanaian music producer, Hammer clarifies

Veteran Ghanaian music producer Edward Nana Poku Osei, popularly known as Hammer, has addressed speculation linking him to the ongoing issues surrounding Okomfour Kwadee.

Recently, Kwadee’s mother voiced her dissatisfaction with how his manager, Hammer Nti, has been handling matters. She also denied any role in her son’s struggles and accused Hammer Nti of spreading misinformation.

Amid the controversy, confusion has arisen among those unfamiliar with Hammer Nti, leading some to mistakenly associate the well-known music producer with the situation.

To set the record straight, Hammer took to social media, clarifying that he has no involvement in Kwadee’s health or any related issues.

He explained that he felt compelled to speak out due to the numerous calls he had received regarding the matter.

“I was really looking forward to breaking my social media silence with an exciting announcement about my new album release. However, circumstances have forced me to address an urgent issue causing concern among my family and friends,” Hammer stated.

“Getting straight to the point, I want to firmly clarify that I am not the ‘Hammer’ mentioned in the ongoing Okomfour Kwadee controversy. I have had no dealings whatsoever with our brother regarding his health or any related matters. The Hammer being referenced is my respected Kumasi-based industry colleague, Hammer Nti.”

He further disclosed that in recent days, he had received over fifty calls from concerned friends and family members, some distressed over his supposed involvement in the matter.

“It is precisely this misunderstanding that has pushed me to clear the air. I sincerely hope all parties involved can resolve their differences. Thank you,” he concluded.
