Bishop Kwabena Boakye Asiamah, well-known as Prophet Ajagurajah, has commented on the tensions surrounding the family of late Highlife legend Daddy Lumba, revealing that he is happy about the dispute between the musician’s wives.
Ajagurajah, who was speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM, said he takes delight in the reported feud between Lumba’s two wives, Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni, and the musician’s relatives over his burial arrangements.
The famous religious leader asserted that the dispute keeps Lumba’s name alive in the public eye, something he personally admires. He said that kind of attention is exactly what he would wish for himself.
He also revealed his plans to take multiple wives and hopes his household will generate similar buzz when he passes. According to him, it would bring peace to his spirit if his wives were to quarrel over his legacy.
Ajagurajah explained that in his view, even in death, such conflicts ensure that one’s name continues to be talked about. He also joked that “the ghosts are praising him because women are fighting over him.”
The prophet further shared his opinion on the ongoing legal wrangling, predicting that Lumba’s younger wife, Priscilla Ofori, known popularly as Odo Broni, would eventually emerge victorious. He noted that she was closer to the late musician and more widely known among his associates and influential friends.
