Stonebwoy has chalked up another major personal victory, this time outside the recording studio, after completing a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
The award-winning artiste, born Livingstone Etse Satekla, graduates today, Friday, December 19, 2025, at GIMPA. The ceremony marks a significant academic milestone for the Burniton Music boss, who previously earned his first degree from the same institution and has now returned to deepen his formal education.
A video shared online captured the musician arriving at the graduation ceremony in full academic gown, flanked by members of his family. He appeared upbeat and proud as he joined fellow graduands, exchanging smiles and conversations with colleagues who had also completed their programmes.
Balancing postgraduate studies with the demands of a global music career has drawn widespread admiration from fans and industry observers. Many have described the achievement as motivating, noting that the BHIM Nation president has long spoken publicly about the value of education, self-improvement, and understanding global affairs.
With this latest qualification, Stonebwoy continues to broaden his profile beyond music. His training in international relations and diplomacy is expected to strengthen his work as a cultural representative and support his growing involvement in international engagements, reinforcing his image as both a global artiste and a lifelong learner.
