Famous Ghanaian artiste Stonebwoy has stated that rising fame has fueled his artistic growth rather than forcing him to compromise his originality.
In a recent interview with Bola Ray on Starr FM, Stonebwoy emphasized that creativity should lead the way, with fame following naturally.
“Fame has not pressured me to dilute; it has rather inspired me to diversify. That’s the true purpose of creativity. Fame is just like the after result of creativity, so we thank God that our creativity is bringing us the result of fame,” he explained.
He admitted that letting fame dictate artistic choices could ultimately harm an artiste’s career.
“If you allow fame to now direct the creativity, we might lose it at a point,” Stonebwoy further stated.
