Kwaku Agyemang-Manu, Minister Of Health Has Covid-19

Information reaching First News has it that the Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyemang-Manu has contracted COVID-19.

The sources say the Minister of Health who is also the Member of Parliament for Dormaa Central in the Bono Region is receiving treatment at the University of Ghana Hospital in Accra.

He is responding to treatment after he was admitted last week. The wife of the Minister is said to have also contracted the virus.

Yesterday the Mayor for Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis Anthony Kobina Kurentsir Sam is reported to have died from COVID-19.

Ghana’s confirmed Covid-19 cases stands at 11,118 with 48 deaths.
