Archbishop Palmer-Buckle Tests Positive to COVID-19

Archbishop Gabriel Charles Palmer -Buckle, Bishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Cape Coast has tested positive to COVID-19 is currently receiving treatment.

Archbishop Gabriel Charles Palmer-Buckle becomes the latest high-profile person in Ghana to test positive to the disease.

Sharing a video from the Ga Municipal Hospital Treatment Centre, Archbishop Palmer -Buckle called on Ghanaians to adhere to the COVID-19 safety protocols and be prayerful as well.

“I have survived it for five days and therefore I encourage anybody who is afflicted not to be afraid. Yes, COVID real but healing is equally real if we would do the best. My advice is what I call the three Ps, prayer, protocol and prayer.”

He urged Ghanaian to continue to pray for doctors, nurses and all frontline workers who are doing a great job.

“They are stretched-out and stressed-out they need are prayerful support, love, concern for themselves and anything God can help them to do.”
