Ghanaian artiste Kofi Kinaata has survived a car accident that reportedly occurred in Aboadze, in the Western Region of Ghana.
Kinaata confirmed the incident in a post on social media, writing on Facebook: “On our way to an event in the Western Region, our car had a head-on collision with a motorcycle at Aboadze, leading to an incident.
“Thank you all for your concern. I’m in good health and sound mind. 🙏”
In a short live video, the multiple award-winning artist debunked rumors that the vehicle’s driver died on the spot, clarifying that no one lost their life in the accident.
However, Kinaata revealed that two individuals on the motorbike, who crossed their vehicle and were subsequently hit, are in critical condition. He expressed his prayers for their survival and promised to provide updates on their health.
Kofi Kinaata also mentioned that the accident happened after they had been picked up for a show scheduled for that night.
