Lilwin begs Martha Ankomah to forgive him in a new video
Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin, recently made a court appearance following a defamation lawsuit filed against him by actress Martha Ankomah.
The lawsuit was initiated a few months ago after Lilwin allegedly made derogatory remarks about Martha, prompting her to seek redress through the courts.
During his first appearance at the Accra High Court, Lilwin, along with his lawyer Nana Bonsu Twiretwie, apologized to Martha in a video shared online. Nana Bonsu emphasized the importance of resolving the matter amicably, noting that prominent figures in Ghana had advised Lilwin on the matter.
In addition to his apology, Lilwin expressed his admiration for Martha and encouraged his fans to support her. Admitting his mistake, the Wezzy Empire boss called for unity and love, and also attributed part of the issue to bloggers who, he claimed, misinterpreted his words.
Lilwin concluded by reiterating his apology, hoping Martha Ankomah would forgive him.
