Veteran Ghanaian actor and television personality Akwasi Boadi, popularly known as Akrobeto, has been involved in a road accident—but fortunately escaped unscathed.
The incident occurred on May 23, 2025, near Konongo in the Ashanti Region while the beloved entertainer was en route to Kumasi. According to circulating reports, Akrobeto’s vehicle collided with an articulated truck, leaving his car visibly damaged.
A video of the aftermath has since gone viral on social media, showing the extent of the damage but also confirming that the actor emerged from the crash without injury.
Akrobeto, a cherished figure in the Kumawood film industry and the charismatic host of The Real News on UTV, continues to receive an outpouring of relief and well-wishes from fans nationwide.
