Ghanaian actor and television personality Akrobeto has broken his silence following a frightening car accident that could have ended in tragedy.
The celebrated host of The Real News on UTV was involved in a road crash on Friday, May 23, 2025, when his car collided with an articulated truck. Sharing his experience in a video message, Akrobeto confirmed that the force of the crash dragged his vehicle nearly 30 meters.
Speaking from a hospital in Kumasi, the actor, known in private life as Akwasi Boadi, described the ordeal as nothing short of “serious.” Despite the intensity of the collision, he was relieved to report that medical staff assured him he was in stable condition. Remarkably, a fellow occupant in the car also walked away unscathed.
Overflowing with gratitude, Akrobeto thanked God for preserving his life through the harrowing incident. He also took a moment to express heartfelt appreciation to Ghanaians for their overwhelming support, prayers, and messages of encouragement.
