Ghanaian media personality and entrepreneur Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, has stepped in to support musician Barosky after reports emerged that he is living on the streets of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
Delay has launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for the musician, following growing public concern over his condition.
The situation came to wider attention after media personality and radio presenter Nana Romeo encountered Barosky in Manchester and shared footage of their meeting.
Nana Romeo, host of the Ekwanso Dwoodwoo drive-time show on Okay FM, posted the video on his Facebook page in the early hours of Sunday, August 23, 2026.
In the video, the two are seen seated at a roadside spot surrounded by bushes. Nana Romeo indicated that the location was where Barosky had been sleeping.
The musician also appeared to be relying on the generosity of strangers, with Nana Romeo suggesting that people occasionally give him money to buy food.
Shaken by what he had witnessed, Nana Romeo called on individuals and organisations to extend help to Barosky, describing his circumstances as a matter of serious concern.
The video subsequently generated significant attention online, prompting Delay to launch a fundraising effort aimed at helping the musician rebuild his life.
Announcing the campaign on her X page, Delay wrote: “Hi, I started this fundraiser, LET’S HELP BAROSKY GET ON HIS FEET AGAIN, on GoFundMe and it would mean a lot to me if you’d be able to share or donate to it.”
The fundraiser has set a target of approximately £5,500. The money is expected to provide Barosky with financial support as efforts continue to help him move away from his current living conditions and regain stability.
