LilWin has taken his disagreement with Van Vicker a step further, threatening to prevent the veteran actor from appearing in Kumawood productions if he fails to apologise over a disputed film project.
The two actors have been at odds following LilWin’s complaint about Van Vicker’s alleged withdrawal from one of his film productions at a late stage.
LilWin previously expressed his frustration over the development, claiming that Van Vicker’s decision affected the production and caused problems for the project.
Van Vicker later responded to the allegations, disputing LilWin’s version of events and insisting that the account given by the Kumawood actor was not accurate.
However, the disagreement appears far from over.
In a fresh video, LilWin returned to the matter and issued a strong warning to Van Vicker. He said the actor must apologise to him or risk being excluded from Kumawood productions.
LilWin claimed he would take steps to ensure Van Vicker does not feature in any Kumawood movie going forward.
He further stated that if he finds Van Vicker on the set of a Kumawood production, he would be willing to pay the producers to remove him from the project.
The actor’s comments signal a significant escalation in the dispute, particularly because both men have been prominent figures in Ghana’s movie industry.
LilWin also maintained that his position is backed by evidence. He claimed to have documentation showing the agreement he reached with Van Vicker concerning the production at the centre of the disagreement.
According to him, the evidence would help establish what was discussed and agreed before the project encountered difficulties.
