Provide Transport and Fuel to Enable Us to Bring Prophecies to the Presidency – Prophet Fire Oja Tells Government

Prophet Fire Oja

Prophet Fire Oja, founder of the Holiness of Christ Zion Ministry, has reacted Ghana’s new policy requiring all religious leaders to submit their prophecies for government review.

In an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM, the outspoken the prophet argued that many prophets simply cannot afford the cost of taking their revelations to the Jubilee House.

“If the government says we should come to the Jubilee House with our prophecies, they should also give us car money and fuel. Not all of us can afford to travel there. If they want to hear it in person, they should take care of our transport,” he said.

His comments come in response to a directive from the Office of the Presidential Envoy for Interfaith and Ecumenical Relations, instructing religious leaders nationwide to present any prophecy or spiritual message with national implications for urgent assessment.

Presidential Envoy Elvis Afriyie Ankrah said the initiative seeks to encourage “responsibility, discernment, and proper stewardship over the nation’s destiny, particularly in these uncertain times.” The review process will specifically focus on prophecies concerning political leaders, governance, national security, and public stability.

“We are not trying to stop the work of God, but we believe prophecies must be handled with care so they do not cause unnecessary fear, panic, or instability,” Ankrah stated in an August 10, 2025 release.

The call for careful handling of prophecies follows a tragic helicopter crash that killed several government officials, senior military officers, and members of the NDC. In its aftermath, Ankrah urged churches and faith-based groups to intensify intercessory prayers for the country’s leadership and the bereaved.

“In moments like this, unity and prayer are more important than ever. We ask all faith leaders to stand with us for the peace and stability of Ghana,” he pleaded.
