Ghanaian businessman and rapper Desmond Blackmore, popularly known as D-Black, has shared valuable advice for aspiring entrepreneurs, emphasizing the importance of passion in business.
Speaking at the 40th birthday celebration of Ghanaian businessman Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, the Black Avenue Muzik CEO urged young people to invest their time and resources into ventures they genuinely love.
“When deciding what business to pursue, choose something you are truly passionate about—something that excites you, something that makes you eager to wake up every morning and work on it,” D-Black told GhanaWeb’s Stella Dziedzorm.
He stressed that passion is the driving force behind long-term success.
“Passion is key. That’s the first step—love what you do. When things get tough, your passion will keep you pushing forward until you see results,” he added.
