Sammy Flex has dismissed attempts to link Stonebwoy’s recent social media post to specific individuals, arguing that the message contained no names and should not be interpreted beyond what was written.
The Public Relations Officer for Shatta Wale addressed the growing debate surrounding a cryptic post shared by Stonebwoy on X, which many social media users have associated with Sarkodie and Shatta Wale.
Speaking in an interview on Power FM, Sammy Flex said there was no evidence to support those claims, stressing that any conclusions about the intended targets of the message remain speculative.
“The quote said ‘these two guys.’ There wasn’t any picture to indicate who the two guys were, nor were any names mentioned. If he had pointed out that the two guys he was referring to were Shatta Wale and Sarkodie, then we’d understand.
“But since he didn’t mention any names, we can’t assume whom he was referring to and we should leave it at that,” he said.
His remarks follow a post Stonebwoy shared on Friday, May 29, 2026, in which the award-winning artiste suggested that two people were “faking to each other based on interests and timing.”
The Burniton Music Group boss went on to describe the relationship as a “convenient friendship,” adding that “even the devil hates that.”
While Stonebwoy did not identify anyone in the post, the message quickly sparked discussion online. A section of fans and commentators speculated that it was aimed at Sarkodie and Shatta Wale, whose relationship has grown noticeably closer in recent months.
After publicly reconnecting in 2025, the two music stars have frequently been seen together, sharing stages, visiting each other’s homes and engaging openly on social media.
The latest boost to that renewed friendship came during a concert hosted by Kweku Smoke in Brixton, London, where Sarkodie and Shatta Wale appeared together on stage, further fueling public interest in their relationship.
