The Techiman Circuit Court in the Bono East Region and Presided over by His Lordship Alexander Graham has sentenced three persons to 210 years imprisonment for robbery.
The Judge disclosed that, the culprits Iddrisu Tampuri 18 years, Yussif Salifu 19 years and Kwame Owusu, 32 years were arrested by the police in 2019 after they embarked on a highway robbery incident on the Wenchi – Sunyani Highway.
They were together with one other accomplice popularly called Red who however managed to escape.
The three have been found guilty of various crimes levelled against them and have been sentenced to 70 years imprisonment each to serve as a deterrent to others.
